Join us for an upcoming day retreat in the heart of Salt Lake City. This retreat is designed for you to step into the new year grounded, aligned and inspired. Come embody the energy you want to carry into the new year with a day designed for expansion, connection and renewal. We will connect in sisterhood with a full day of wellness based offerings.
We will start off with Mat Pilates to awaken the body, brunch to nourish and connect, create an earth altar to call in our vision, acupuncture and sound bath to restore our nervous system, card readings to support clarity and intuition, professional photography to capture your glow and create a custom Acrely face oil to nourish and rejuvenate and restore your skin.

Renewal is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, to listen, soften, and return to what feels true. We’ll gather in Sayulita on Mexico’s Pacific coast, held by ocean, jungle, and the living traditions of the Sierra Madre.
Over seven days, you’ll move through an immersive journey centered on connection, wellness, and culture. You will be guided through practices that support your body, heart, and nervous system, rooted in holistic health, ceremony, and ancestral wisdom.
